The Indoor Finders System (IFS) offers a comprehensive platform for office workspace reservation, meeting room scheduling, personnel locating, seating management, space planning, and indoor wayfinding. The system integrates an ultra-fast mobile application, kiosk, room display panels, and a web portal, providing a unified solution for facility management.

The mobile application functions as one of the primary interfaces for IFS users, enabling a range of functionalities including:

• Reservation of hoteling spaces, specification of in-office workdays, and marking of remote-working dates
• Navigation of conference rooms, colleagues, printers, and other points of interest on digital building floor maps with seamless zoom and pan capabilities
• Booking conference rooms, managing meeting attendees, and checking attendees’ availability directly within the app
• Identification of available rooms nearby that meet specific meeting requirements such as time, capacity, and amenities
• Direct integration with enterprise calendaring systems without the need for additional plugins
• Locating employees and retrieving contact information, along with their seating positions on mapped floor plans
• Making workspace reservations for hoteling and hot-desking arrangements

The system supports multiple authentication sources including Active Directory, Google accounts, SAML 2.0, Okta, Office 365, and Exchange Web Services. Compatibility with enterprise calendar platforms includes Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Google Calendar.

Access to the application requires an active Indoor Finders service subscription and valid login credentials.
